I thoroughly enjoyed working with Johan and his team and am delighted to recommend All-In-Education wholeheartedly and without reservation. I asked All-In Education to conduct an Inclusive Recruitment Review, to look at our recruitment cycle. The report and his follow-up discussions were thorough, insightful and provided clear recommendations along with examples of good practice. We had an equally positive experience of working with All-In Education on the D&I Educational Leadership Programme.

As part of our journey to become the leading provider globally of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) solutions in education, All-in Education and RSAcademics have formalised our partnership. This strengthened relationship means we are even better placed to support schools, and groups of schools, in their efforts to create more inclusive and equitable learning environments.  We believe that bringing together our two, highly respected organisations will provide an even higher standard of a wide range of EDI solutions to the national and international education sector. Working together, All-in Education and RSAcademics will enable a greater number of schools, groups and trusts to be supported in ensuring their organisations are more equitable, diverse, and inclusive.

Elevating the standard of EDI services in education

A new focus on EDI in education

The benefits of diversity and inclusion have been widely reported. In 2019 McKinsey&Company presented research showing that organisations across the globe that had more gender and ethnic diversity outperform those with less diversity in their leadership teams.  However, very few education providers are making the most out of the diverse world we live in. Ultimately it is the children and young people who will be the greatest beneficiaries. All-in Education helps you make the crucial changes that truly make a difference.

As we face mounting teacher shortages, schools must attract talent from all sections of society. To do this, schools need to be more inclusive than ever before so that they can access talent wherever it is, and to foster a working environment which values people’s differences and actively supports its staff to be themselves. Potential teaching and support staff will simply look elsewhere if the school, or the wider education sector, isn’t supportive of who they are.

At All-in Education we work with education providers to move beyond compliance to a place where they truly benefit from diversity.

Why All-in Education?

All-in Education has extensive experience of working with education providers and private sector companies to help them build a diverse workforce and to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can fulfil their potential. All-in Education has a track record of making recruitment more effective, ensuring talent stays for longer and organisations get the most out of their staff.

Inspired by work being done by some FTSE100 companies and public sector bodies, we believe work on diversity and inclusion can and should be done by schools and education providers. Just like businesses, education providers stand to benefit from making changes to their current practices. It is the children and young people who will be the greatest beneficiaries.

All-in Education works with you to make your policies, processes and procedures inclusive of all. Importantly, we will work with you to develop leadership styles and behaviours to create a more inclusive school and work environment.

The changes involved to become more inclusive focus on practical interventions are these are not necessarily big changes, even small changes reap big rewards. You just have to know what to change and how to do it. The interventions are informed by research and best practice from a range of sectors that have a history of achieving greater diversity and inclusive workplaces.

All-in Education is all about getting the most out of all – not missing out on talent not yet recruited, and not missing out on the talent recruited.

In response to Ark’s Diversity and Inclusion priorities this year we, at Ark, have worked with All in Education over several months. The goal was to help our staff across the entire Ark network to become even more inclusive leaders. This included working with all of our Management Team, Regional Directors, Principals and the Central Heads of Team. All in Education were a terrific partner to work with, always listening and guiding our thinking in a responsive and supportive manner. All-in Education is a great team and were a pleasure to work with.
